THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY.-I beg to move that for the word "section" in line 1 of sub-section 2 there shall be read the word "chapter".

I also move that for the word "company" wherever it appears in the sub-section there shall be read the word "corporation".

The amendment was agreed to.

THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY reported that the Inland Revenue Bill, 1947, had passed through Committee with some amend- ments and moved that it be read a Third time.

THE COLONIAL SECRETARY seconded, and the Bill was read a Third time and passed.
